I'm not overly experienced with Otos but it belly does seem quite large.

Is the fish acting normally?

Hmmm I'd say wait for a more experienced person to chime in but in my opinion it's either a greedy little scamp or something's up.

What is it you feed them?

It could be slight overfeeding maybe?

They have quarter of an algae tablet. But will eat flake too!

Hmm that doesn't seem too much.

I'd say wait till 2moro, if it's still bloated before you feed them then it could be an issue.

It is a bit hard to tell because the picture is blurry, but it looks like he might be a bit bloated....
If you can get a clearer picture, that would help. You can try doing a google image search and seeing if your oto looks like most of the ones on there.

A fat oto is a happy oto. You're lucky, I can't get mine to eat anything.
