Overstocked?

Will my 29g tall tank be overstocked with 6-10 GloFish, 7 cardinal tetras, 6 lemon tetras, 5 rasboras, 6 or 7 ember tetras and possibly 1 betta? I do weekly 50% water changes and I have an AquaClear 70 and a sponge filter rated for 40 gallons.

Yes. I mean you can keep it up with the water changes but I think the biggest issue would be stressed fish.

Unfortunately that is probably double what is recommended to stock. Maybe upgrade the tank size?
