Overstocking?

I have a 10 gallon tank that I haven't stocked with fish yet. I was wondering if it would be overstocking to put 7 Neon Tetras, 5 Ghost Shrimp, and 1 Mystery Snail in it? And if so what would be a good number for each of those in my tank?

I think your stocking plan will be fine. Make sure once your tank has cycled conduct a 20% to 25% water change every week and clean your filter out every two weeks, using old tank water.
