Parameters questions

I have a 10-gal tank with bamboo and a bacopa, one silk plant I plan on changing to probably a shorter live, three Cory cats, one flame dwarf gourami, one gold inca snail, one olive and one tiger nerite. My test kit is at home, and I'm at college. I'm leaving today for Thanksgiving break, and my filter is brand new, just got it Friday. I got a pH test thing since mine died a while ago. It stays steady at 7.6 each time I test. Is there a way I can prevent a big spike in parameters while I'm gone? I'll be gone until Sunday. One Cory cat is smaller than the other two; I believe Petco sells them younger than the other store I went to which I kinda like. He's fine so far, but being new and all, he might be the one most susceptible to issues? I'll be putting the auto feeder back on here soon as well.

All you can do is a really large water change just before you leave and one when you get back. Unless someone can do one for you while you're away. No need to feed the fish while your gone. I would suggest fasting them for a day or two before you leave as well as while your gone to help reduce their ammonia output. Don't worry. 5-6 days without food won't harm them.
