pengiun 350 for 38 gallon

Do yall think a penguin 350 would be good for a 38 gallon tank (36x12x20) or would it be too much?

I don't think it would be too much. I think it would be fine. I think you could even get away with a 400 without too much flow if you want a little extra filtration.
