PennPlax Cascade Filter

I have a Penn Plax 1200. I have a leak where the canister and motor housing join. I have replaced the gasket and lubed it. The leak has not been fixed. Does anyone have a solution to this leaking problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Frank, I am not sure of the age because I bought it used. It looks quite new. Do you have any insight on my leak problem?

ya know i do not seems like with four latches the thing would have a good seal
I have had mine for a coiple of months and it works great. no cracks i take it and did you lube the gasket up when you replaced it, can you pin point the spot where the water is coming from.

also make sure that the pump is seated in the housing correctly
