peppermint pleco

hey i went and got some peppermint plecos last week and got 3 for $65 is that a good price to pay? also i would like any extra info that i can get on them i want to try grow them to a mature age and breed them any tips on that?

liveaquaria has them for 70 dollars a piece so i'd say you got a pretty good deal

They like a tank with high aeration and high water movement.

i got pretty decent flow and got an air line running thru my filter i also just ordered a air bar for the tank as well they are getting a new tank soon i was gonna put a power head in my fresh tank

They should be fine just make sure you have a big enough tank for them have high water movement and high aeration. Im Sure they will be fine
