Ph and alkalinity

My levels are a little higher than I would like them to be doing a water change with my house water isn't working so far so would I go with distiller water then?

distilled water or deionized water. deionized water is RO filtered and then de-ionized. Distilled water is distilled through steam distillation. Both are suitable for your needs. you will want to either mix some of the filtered water with your tap water or replenish minerals & carbonates with a product like Seachem. Equilibrium or Aquarium Water Conditioners for RO Water: Kent R/O Right Water Conditioner

I have a 15 g column have 4 male Guppys 3 glofish and 3 red cherry shrimp with 2 live plants my alkalinity is around 220 want it down to 180 at least and my ph is at about 7.4-7.5 want it down around 7
