Phosphorus?

Hi all,
Does anyone know, or have any advice about high levels of Phosphorus and how to fix this problem? I am currently running a P test but from the initial reaction I figure that there is a higher level than I want. I will post the results when the test finishes.

Test results were 0.989 ppm PO43-
