Pictus Catfish Question

i added two pictus catfish to my 55G and its been a few days but for some reason they don't seem to calm down at all... they've been flying and i mean flying all over the tank day/night since i put them in.

its making me a lil nervous considering what i paid for them and i want to make sure nothings going to happen to them. will they relax after a few more days or are they always so high speed?

They'll get into a cycle of rest and play soon. Wouldn't stress though, pictus are renowned hyperactive fish, particularly in multiples.

Catfish are nocturnal. My pictus hides in my large sunken ship during the day and comes out at night. Do you have a place or 2 for them to hide out during the day?

yea, i've got a large cave, a hollow log from petsmart and a pile of driftwood in a corner stacked up to provide a makeshift cave
