I have a 10 gallon tank with 2 14 watt CFL's, I think the color temp is 5000k, but not positive. I'm not quite sure what this would be considered, lighting wise. I have some type of Liquid fertilizer that I don't currently use, and sand substrate, but nothing else.

I want to go pick up some plants soon, any suggestions? Preferably some fairly hardy plants in different regions that are pretty common.

I have some anubias and java ferns in my 10 gallon tank. I have a stock fluorescent lamp so it's basically low light and all the plants are thriving.

Water sprite!!! It grows in any amount of light and gets really big and bushy, and it is relatively cheap, if you go to the right place.
