Platydoras Costatus AKA .. Humbug Catfish or Dora Catfish

I previously owned one of these excellent catfish but he started to munch on my baby bristlenose catfish so I sold him.
I would now like to get one again, but this time for my puffer tank!
Well puffer's can be meen I know but I need more life in the tank lol.
I thought this fish as there skin is really really tuff and has like small spikes etc on it so the puffer's would not really attack it. Then I thought that it might get stressed from all the chasing (if there is any) so then I though why not add more decor that only this catfish can fit into so it can hide when it needs to.

What do you think ?

It might work, but you should have a backup plan.

Well If it doesnt work then I will return it to the shop. I cant really see how it wont work as there are many hiding places for it lol .

It will probably be fine, but do get a larger one, just to be on the safe side....the larger size will discourage even a trial nip.
