pleco tank swap

hello everyone, im new here. i love the site, i have learned a ton from reading older posts, but have a question. i have a 4" pleco that im taking out of a 10 gal and putting in a 60 gal. i have adjusted the temps in the tanks to be within 1 degree of each other. can i just drop him in? the tanks are 6 feet of apart, water parameters are the same on both, except the nitrates are slightly higher in the 10 gal.

i would still acclimate it to the new tank, even though it would probably be alright. id rather be safe than sorry

i dont want to sound dumb, but wouldnt it be less stressful if the fish wasnt bagged?

dont bag it... just put it in a bucket and drip acclimate. i should have specified. i only drip acclimate

You could also do it in a jug or bucket filled with the water from the 10g and add a half a cup every 20 minutes to half an hour. same thing just no tube.
