I have a 13 gallon tank, lightly planted with 5 neon tetras, 1 endler, and 1 mystery snail. Lately the snail does not seem to be doing its job cleaning the tank. I do a 50% we every 2 weeks since I have such a small bio load. All of a sudden, I have green spot algae growing on the glass.

Is there a pleco or another "sucker" fish that can help control the algae, but still be comfortable in a 13 gallon tank?

I would like to get more plants, so I would like to avoid any more snails.

Thanks in advance!

Oh, and I am currently running an ac 30, and an additional 20 gallon filter (that I will be transferring to my qt)

Bristlenose plecos get too big for a 13 gallon you could probably get some otos though

I went ahead and got 3 otos for now, and I'll add 2 more once these ones are done with quarantine. Thanks for the suggestions! I had forgotten about ottos, and really didn't want a pleco?
