Possible piranha?

Our boss picked up a fish recently, he saw it at our wholesaler and felt bad for the fish that it was eating so he bought it. But now that we look at it, it looks more and more like a juvi piranha. Can someone confirm this or let me know exactly what this is?
Thanks!
