If you have a live breeder, and you think it may be pregnant, the answer is almost always yes.

Yeah she's all fat in the belly way fatter than when I got her. Is there anything I should do for her ?

Just keep the water clean. If you want to save the fry, I would make sure to have lots of plants fake or real. You can also get one of those floating grass mats. Crush up some flakes for the fry two or three times a day, and keep good clean water.

Looks like it. She might get a lot bigger before she births the fry though. My female Molly looked like that for a while, then she looked like she swallowed a marble then BAM babies everywhere!
