I Have had 2 of my tetras die nd i don't know why my water perimeters are good low ammo and tric and higher trat I don't understand

Did they have any disease? How soon after getting then did they die?

Ammo and tric both between 0 25ppm trat 25ppm I have a 30l tank with a filter in no air pump tho could that be the problem and I got the fish Monday

Yes. Get some aeration immediately and do water changes to keep ammonia and nitrite as close to zero as possible, until your tank is cycled.
