Quarantine Kuhli Loaches for Few Days?

I'm planning to plant Glossostigma in a fine sand substrate. I need to quarantine my 5 Kuhli Loaches for a few days so they will not up root it.

I have a quarantine net with dimensions 7" x 5" x 5" that hangs off the side of my tank.

Will the 5 Kuhli Loaches be okay living in there for a few days?

That is crowded I think, what i do is use $1 tupperware containers from Walmart as QT containers! A deep one if possible, though most of mine are long and shallow. I put a sponge filter in and i'm good! I stick it above the fridge where the warmest part of my house is.
