Quick question for a friend

Will a dwarf gourami, 4 platies, 7 cory catfish, 5 ghost shrimp be ok in a 20g or is it too packed

Welp now he just wants 4 bloodfin tetras, will they be ok with just 4 of them for a while with the other fish or no

Also he's not getting the 4 Platies anymore.

With the original question, you would be at the tippy top of your stocking capabilities. If any breeding occurred, you would be overstocked.

I don't follow with what he ended up with deciding down the line.

Have him look into Rummynose Tetras, 6 or 8.

Also Ember Tetra or Ruby Tetra. Or one of my favorites in an active aquarium would be Microdevario kubotai aka Neon green or yellow Rasbora.

Thanks for the advise! We're just wondering about bloodfins and dwarf gouramis. Will they be ok with each other?
