You can use RO/DI water with any re-mineralizing product and it will make it safe. Make sure to use the appropriate product (ie, one for freshwater in your case, not saltwater). In your case, it looks like Replenish is the way to go: Freshwater Aquarium water Conditioner for RO Water: Seachem Replenish . Check with an LFS, or call the folks at BRS for advice

I do have live plants tho. I'm just not sure if I should use tap water or a supplement. I don't have small tanks and do change half the water in each tank once a week. That's 80 gallons of water i take out and 80 I put back in.

I have a brs 75 GPD ro/di filter. I am unsure about the ratio to fill my 2 75 fw fancy goldfish tanks. I do have anacharis. I try to do 50/50

Is there a reason you need to use RO water?

When using RO water with Tap water there is no need to reconstitute it.
