How do you say cichlid?

Or that's how I say it. Its how the store says it. Its how all 5 I regularily visit say it

LOL I don't know either! I've heard it pronounced like 'kick-lid', 'chicklet', 'sick-lid'.

Maybe that's why I've never bought one - I don't know how to say it!

I can't hear the wav file either for the same reason as ferret....but ferret is completely correct regarding the pronunciation.
