I saw while doing some research that most articles about red claw crabs mention that you can have gobies as tank-mates (at least ones that can adapt to brackish water), but that bumblebee gobies are specifically not compatible.
There was never a reason given and I was wondering if it was because the goby is small and would be seen as prey by the crab or if they would harass each other since they both tend to be territorial? I tried contacting one of the authors of the articles, but never got a reply. Does anyone here know why they wouldn't work?
