red eye tetras!

I have 6 red eye tetras but the females keep attacking my guppies why? one guppy is about dead what can I do to help this my tank is well planted! im new to this fish tank thing got it for my 2 yr old daughter!

Welcome to AA Nicole. Glad you found us. I moved this thread to General discussion where you will receive more replies. Some basic things folks will need to know in order to help are tank size, how long it's been setup, how many fish total, etc. Red eyes are one of the hyper, "nippy" tetra and will often go for flowing fins or slow swimmers.
