Red Phantom Tetra Mystery

I have 7 red phantom tetras. all are healthy and eating fine. but one has turned from red to a light pink and is much fatter than the others. it acts normally and no other fish are sick or look strange. is the fish pregnant? does it have a parasite? please respond asap because I am goin on vacation tomorrow.
