Removing fish

In my 14 gallon tank I am wanting to remove my 2 Zebra Loaches as I know they need a lot more room but they seem fine. They occasionally have a little scrap but I have had them for 3 months and I am wanting to make room for 3 cory catfish. I recently bought 2 corys for my new 6 gallon but have been told they need more room. So I am wanting to get suitable substrate in my 14 gallon and remove my 2 Loaches. Would my local Maidenhead aquatics take them back?

LFS will typically take fish on trade but it depends on store policies. I would give them a call and ask.

Some places that won't refund will trade or take the fish off your hands. You don't get as much $ but then again sick (or worse) fish are expensive.
