Hi I was thinking of re stocking my 75, I already have African cichlids and want to move away from them. I was think of a few predators that get good sized but won't be to big for a 75. Would like to mix a couple species. Any ideas?

I believe some Datnoid and Bichir species stay small enough that they can be kept in a 75g, but I don't know if there would be enough bioload capacity to handle tank mates. An Oscar can be kept in a 75 gallon, but again, you wouldn't be able to have many (if any) tank mates without a hefty water change schedule.

Leopard Ctenopoma, African knife fish, peacock eel, or African butterfly fish would be a good option.
