13 Neon Tetras
5 Julli Corys
2 Blue/Gold Rams/Rainbow cichlids
1 clown pleco

Filter:
Aquaclear size 30 (200 gph)

Tank is not up and running yet.

Sounds fine, except I'd drop the pleco (only because they are very messy) and just choose one of the ram cichlids and you'll be set!

You need a more filtration in the tank that filter is only going to turn over the tank about 6.5 times an hour, I would shoot for 10 times per hour. I am worried about rams and cories in that small of a tank I'd pick one or the other. Also I'd skip the pleco and add shrimp/ snail combo.

Will look great when it's done.

I agree rams and corys do not always do well together especially with limited bottom space.

Issue is I already have the pleco... he is in my 55 and doing a very bad job at clening but he does look cool
