Rio Negro Pleco in a 20 gallon long?

I have 5 Neon and 5 Glowlight Tetras and 2 Peppered and 2 Emerald Corys. Would I be able to fit a Rio Negro Pleco in there or should I go for something smaller?

LiveAquaria recommends 30 gallons minimum for the Rio.

Those only get to about 4". Should be fine in a 20 long, with the 30" x 12" footprint.
