rosy barb v/s long-tail rosy barb

which one is best?
why?

(personally i find that the rosy barb is more colorful than the long tail rosy barb (i noticed that at my lfs))

i used to have some long finned rosy barbs... the females are always less colorful than the males, but i think their coloring is about the same. The long finned ones are more attractive i think, unless you have other tankmates that might nip at thier fins.

im up to 10 longfin rosy barbs now, 4 are bright red, 2 are bright red with gold heads and 4 are like platinum silver. they all school together and are awesome to see swimming with all the gourami's.
