Rosy Barbs eat Duckweed like NO ONEs business.

I just got the unknown fish in my tank identified as Rosy Barbs.

When I added half a cup of Duckweed to their tank saturday, I finally saw the culprits who always made it vanish magically.

Its these Rosy Barbs, Two of them ate a half cup of duckweed in less than 2 days. 8O

Just a heads up that these guys just destroy Duckweed, and their pretty to

Their both about the same size but its hard to tell.

I'd guess anywhere between 2 and 3 inches.

That is interesting to hear. I am planning for my next tank (33 gallons) and wanted to have a rosey barb school as the main focus.

I only keep duckweed in my betta tank as an indicator of water quality at the moment but I will know where to dump it instead of in the garbage in the future.
