Salt questions.

I have a brackish water tank for my pufferfish and my gobiy tank. I want to know if everytimei do a water change do i have to add salt again after i add new water?

Yes. Otherwise you'll be lowering the salt content of the water by watering it down with freshwater.

And whenever you top off your tank, remember to add freshwater and not saltwater, as then you'll be raising the salt content.
