sand crabs in a pool?

Hey Im just doing this for a friend and she has a question.She wants to know if its normal for sand crabs to be in a pool on the beach becuause she she found 3 sand crabs in the pool on the beach.
This question is just for fun though so you dont have to answer it.

I don't see why not. Last time I went to the beach there were sadn crabs all over the place. Some are bound to end up in the pool
