Sand question help opinions!

Yes my Friends you read my subject right! I have a question about some sand I recently bought and was wondering if it is OK to be put in my new 60 gallon. It's just pool filter sand that Home Depot carried, brand is Quikrete. Just curious is this is fish safe and ok to use in my aquarium? Now for the opinions part, how many of you guys use it and how do you like it? I want some opinions on it as I've heard many people use it just curious if the kind I got is safe.
Also some pics of your pool filter sand tanks would be cool too!

Yes it is safe and I use pool filter sand. Not that same brand, but I have it in a few tanks and love it.
