It would be a good idea schooling fish get stressed on there own

Yes a school of at least 5 would be ideal and since the get a nice size a large tank is needed.

I think they are schooling and also I've noticed at petsmart they label them as semi-aggressive. Don't worry about that they won't hurt anything they will fit in fine in a tropical community
