Setting up pleco tank?

So by the end of the summer i will have aquired a 40-50 gallon long tank


I was thinking of keeping
2 royal
1green phantom
1 blue phantom

Does this setup work?

I was basically thinking of turning this tank into pleco paradise with driftwood, tree roots, and live plants.

Would these fish fit?

That setup will be anything but paradise. There will certainly be territorial disputes. There isn't enough room for them to avoid each other- it may not end in carnage, but it would be a very unhappy tank.
