Sexing Otocinclus

I got two of these guys


Does anyone know how to sex these guys?....I got two and I think one might be male one female. The only reason Im saying this is because one of them has 2 white dots on the top of its head and the second one dosent.

No clue. As far as I know, there is no way to tell with them. I'm pretty sure there hasn't been many sucessful breeding attempts in the home aquarium.

those white dots you are referring to are nostrils if im not mistaken and otos use them to locate food in the tank...both you otos should have them....HTH

Ill check out the article and tell you the truth only one of em has the white dots. But Ill check again, I gotta go to class in like 2 seconds but I still wanna check sokme stuff out on bargainnews.com (local thing)
