Just wondering who ever has bought something online and when you got it, it was either broken or defective.

Yes, but....it is all relative....I have received probably 200-300 things that I have purchased online, and perhaps 4-10 items had issues....so about 4% at most (1 in 25)...a pretty good success rate, I think.

ive ordered from fish stuff, to furniture, to clothes, to plants online and ive neve recieved anything broken or in any condition that wasn't good... always good luck i guess.

I have yet to experience anything broken as well, but I've only ordered 2 things. 1 fish related, other game related.

I had a power pc light come with a broken bulb. It was replaced immediately no other complaints.

I did receive 1 item that was defective, a light timer. It was defective from the manufacturer, but it was still replaced by the company I purchased it from promptly.

Fortunately, I have yet to recieve any damaged items.
