Should i order from AZ aquatic gardens?

So, there is this fish, (Moringua raitaborua) that i would like to buy, but, the only place i can find them is az aquatic gardens. Please tell me if i should order from them, or if there is anywhere else that has them in stock.

This is a brackish water fish and not easy to find. You do realize it won't do well in a fw setup?

Makes you wonder how they are able to stay in business with all of the truly honest businesses out there. I never thought about ordering fish from them as they never had anything that I was looking for, but I've heard pretty much the same type of reviews about their plant stock too.
