Should i start feeding them yet or not?

My convict fry have been born for about 5 days i think. at the moment i dont know if there "free swimming" so i dont know if they can eat here is a video of what there like atm..
 
Your video didn't post. I think you should crush up a flake, and just see if they go for it.

Ok thanks :), But its been about 5 days im starting to think these fry are deformed as nearly all are "wriggling" on there backs im not so sure. as im new to breeding. And i accidently put a lil decapsulated brine shrimp eggs in earlier lol to jus chek but they didnt eat so i kind of siphoned most of them out with the daily 50% clean
