Should I switch from RO water to dechlorinated well water on day two of cycling

Someone set up my new aquarium with RO water. Being that I'm not planning to use RO again in the future should I replace it with the dechlorinator well wateR?

If so, how do I do so? Do I need to just replace the water by siphoning it all/some out and putting well water in or do I have to completely clean out the tank and filter and rocks and start over?

I would drain and re fill.
