Should I upgrade my tank?

It's a 5 gallon tank with one female betta and two African dwarf frogs. The take is filtered and heated with 25% water changes weekly.

I would. At least 10 or 20 gallons. The Betta might be clean and happy with 5, but with 2 frogs I think they will all be cleaner and happier with a larger home. Since bettas can be healthy and happy wth less filtering than some fish, you can probably use the same heater and filter you have on the 5 if they are separate pieces.
