My Oscar is extra lathargic and not eating.
Water is good,

How do you know water is good? What were the numbers? What size tank? Any tank mates? What's your water change schedule?

I feed tetra cichlid sticks, shrimp pellets, and blood worms.
I usually mix it up and feed some twice a day.
My numbers are good and I do a pwc once sometimes twice a week.

Try and switch to NLS. Its better and only feed 1 time a day with oscars. Its better. What are the other tank mates? Also can you give us your water readings?

We need water readings and tank size plus what other fish in the tank. What % are the water changes you are doing? Are you using liquid test kit or strips?
