Okay, I know clown loaches are prone to goofy behavior, but this made me laugh out loud. During feeding time, everyone was just going bananas after getting frozen brine shrimp the last few days. The clown loach was prowling the bottom for an algae wafer I dropped in, and was agressively rooting around in the gravel when he suddenly started thrashing around pretty violently. At first, I couldn't figure out what he was doing, then I noticed he had sucked up a piece of gravel that had gotten lodged in his mouth, and he couldn't get it out! 8O Before I could panic, he did manage to get it out, and then sat there panting for a second before flashing me a look that, I swear, looked like it was meant to convey: "Oh, uh...you saw that didn't you? Well, I sure showed that gravel, and it'll never try that one again!"
