Shows you how screwed up the fish are. A trauma like that should have shut them down. Are they too weak to pull in their tubes? Are they now to the point where they just "hang tube" all the time? Just some random thoughts.

Nah, both their tubes are in now. And when I say it was out I mean it was barely out- I could see the tip of it just well enough to know it was the male. I have no idea why his was out when he arrived. Morning wood? These guys are too pretty to call "screwed up"

Just to help explain, I am not looking for issues but pointing out how far from their ancestors today's fish are. To those who don't now or haven't seen, what we have today is "Normal" and I know I shouldn't knock them. Hand slap to me. But when you've watched the majesty of unaltered Angels, they are a whole other ball game. So different to the positive ( in my eyes) that it's hard to get excited over anything else. So I do apologize for my previous comment. Sometimes my fingers type faster than my mind can think.

Unboxing video. For the record I only floated the angels in the breather bag for about 5 minutes to keep them warm while I got the drip ready.

Planted 55! Now with more plants! I'm really excited about the new corkscrew vals! Thanks Poppa! Fun fact: there's an angelfish and a ram fry from the first batch in there. They're just big enough not to get eaten. So as soon as we have free swimmers from the new pair, the rest of batch 1 will go in here!
