Woohoo! Half a pound of brine shrimp eggs arrived in the mail for us today! I'm also getting a starter culture of microworms on Wednesday! That should be enough food to last us half a year.

The rams should not mind the light.

I got microworms from Brenna and the fry are TARING them up!

I was gonna get them from Brenna myself but then my professor offered me a starter culture for free! I'm glad to have anything that will stretch my bbs out.
Thinking that I'm going to just get another finnex for the other 10. When I start having angelfish spawns to sell my priority will be upgrading all my tanks.

Our son made some ornaments for us today at daycare! Don't have a tree yet so they ended up here!

Aquarium > tree. They stay up all year and you can keep decorating and redecorating the whole time.

So many little fish. And that music...I threw down my phone and started snapping mah fingers like a crazy person.
Oto is camera shy.
Is that BGA at the bottom of the tank? I had it for MONTHS one time. Did not know what it was. Just some fast growing "algae". I would siphon it up and it would be back a week later. I tried H2O2 but found that erythromycin worked.

Yeah, I've been pulling that BGA up forever. The light was recommended by Brookster, I LOVE it, but I think it's a bit powerful and I may need to add pressurized CO2. I'd rather use chemical means as a last resort. It's on the list of stuff to get with angelfish-selling money.
Another thing I plan to get with angelfish money is a double stand and two 40 breeders to use as growout tanks for juvies. Once I have that going I'll use that planted 55 only for growing out the cream of the crop as potential breeders or as gifts for other breeders on AA.

Hmmm. Having a weird issue. None of my pairs wants to eat right now? Water is 0/0/5. Dunno what could be bugging them and nobody else.... Here's hoping they are back to normal tomorrow.
