I was wondering if there were any plecos, small enough/suitable for a 64litre tank, I know oto's can be in there but I find they look a little bland.

I have both bristle & bulldog in my tank, find the bulldog is more off a hard worker than my bristle :)

That's only 16 gallons. I wouldn't recommend the BN or the bulldog.

Small tank = small species. I love my otos, they're actually pretty cool.

Me too ! They seem playful and don't leave each others side in my tank! I agree with Lynda , I would do otos .

No plecs in a tank that size. Once the tank is mature it would be great for a trio of oto's.

I have chubby plecos which grow outwards aswell as growing larger (as the name suggests), only grow to 5-7 inches. By the way although I can't confirm this (I heard it through word of mouth) but bristlenose plecos are apparantly quite aggresive so be sure to check before buying them.
