Hello, I'm new to this, got a snail that's appeared from nowhere, only looks like I have one of them at the moment, should I remove it or let it enjoy the lux of my sparkling tank, its a small snail mainly whitish colour, not sure if he annoying me yet but need confirmation if this a good or bad sign, thanks martin

Nope theres two of the buggers now
 
Look up some pictures of pond snails. It's most likely one of them. If not it could be a mts or a ramshorn. None of them are harmful but if the tank has plenty of excess food about the population could get out of control.
