I am wondering what other if any snails wont reproduce like the Nerite snails in a fresh water tank? Or should I say they wont hatch in fresh water. None of the lfs carry the Nerites in my area and looking to avoid large shipping costs.

I don't know about others, but for shipping, its only like $6 + the cost of snails, so you could get like 3 for $11 so not that big of shipping costs....

I have Apple snails and they reproduce like rabbits...
Lots of peeps have posted on this forum that assassin snails will get rid of other snails, but they didn't say anything about their reproduction.
Help peeps?
