Snails???

I have a 10 gallon tank with some bristle nose plecos and cory cats and I keep finding these tiny white snail like things that are at and above the waterline. When I wipe them out with a paper towel they look like they are a real light brown and crunchy. I haven't seen any snails in my tank for a really long time. Could these be baby snails? I cleaned them out and went out of town for a week and came home to a ton of them! Please help

I had same problem put a piece of lettuce at the bottom at night and in the morning take it out and repeat until all is gone
