hey,
I have 150gal FW running a sump with a pump in the sump. I don't remember the wattage off hand, but I have 200 watts of solar panels and I want to hook them up to the tank and have my fish off the grid. i'm not concerned on how much power I need, i'm more concerned on how to design the circut.

does anyone else use a solar setup, if so, do you use an inverter and run directly off the panels, or do you go to a deep cycle battery and run off the bank?

I currently have a drip system on my tank so I never have to do water changes, now I want to make it where I don't have to pay for power either!

Thoughts?
